Returns
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, I’m here to help. Here’s how the return process works:
- Contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. For international returns, please mark the package as a “return” to avoid additional import fees.
- Provide the return tracking number once your item is shipped back.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once I receive and process the returned item. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show on your statement.
- Shipping fees and import taxes or duties paid on the items to your local customs authorities cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges are welcome, but customers are responsible for the additional shipping costs.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
